Standard Mobile Units (Suspension Strip and Job Bags System)

• Constructed for strength and mobility and finished in Satin Black scratch resistant powdercoat enamel.
• Fitted with locking castors and supplied in kit form for self assembly using tools and instructions provided.
• Stand design allows clear access to sheets as there is no obstruction to the front of the unit, eliminating possible document damage.
• Two tier mobiles, for high density small document filing, and other mobiles are also available (not featured here).
• Capacity to store in excess of 1,000 documents or 125 job bags. In one half of a square metre of floor space.
• This unit can be adjusted to two heights and is available in three models to suit documents up to A0 size.

Multi Level Racking Systems

• Racking systems are the most economical, flexible, floor to ceiling, storage systems for large capacity storage requirements. Once an initial bay is in place, additional bays can be hooked on to allow for growth of the system.
• Racking Systems are designed to suit individual needs. The height is optional up to three metres. The number of levels per bay and storage capacity is dictated by the size of the documents. Racking can also be enclosed.
• One bay with 4 levels of front access filing has the capacity to store in excess of 8,000 sheets or 800 job bags in less than one square metre of floor space.
• For storage of small documents, front and rear access filing can be utilized. One bay with 4 levels of front and rear access filing has the capacity to store in excess of 16,000 sheets or 1,600 job bags.
• Racking support units can also be purchased individually to fit into your existing shelving or cabinet.

Multifile Suspension Strips and Job Bags System - How Does It Work?

A Simple System - Multiplan has developed a simple and unique system to hang documents and other articles. The system hangs each sheet individually on a self adhesive polyester strip from a triangular bar. Multiplan also manufactures an extensive range of heavy duty job bags for storing group drawings, artwork etc. which integrates into the system.

All Sheet Sizes align to one Index Point - Using the Multiplan System, every sheet, irrespective of size, lines up to one reference point. This indexing point is always located on the right had side of the system. When you need a document, you need only look along the indexing point to access every one.

Intermingle Associated Articles - The Multiplan System is extremely flexible, you can file different sized documents with other articles such as folders, artwork, film etc. and they will all intermingle and be easily accessible.

Job Bags

• Manufactured from industrial strength polythene our bags easily carry loads of up to 12 kilos. Bags are clear so contents are easily viewed. Ideal in Libraries for big book storage.
• Heavy duty polyester strips are eyeletted onto the bag for maximum strength.
• Three different types of pockets are available, Top Opening, Open Sided and Side Sealable in many varying sizes.
• Used for a multitude of functions. Any item can be stored and integrated into the system.

All bags are 150 microns thickness, polyester is clear for good vision and indexing and are also Acid free from chemicals.

Self Adhesive Strips

• Manufactured from industrial strength polyester, our Suspension Strips can carry heavy loads. They will not tear or become brittle with age.
• Available in different thicknesses to carry various loads from light film through to heavily laminated posters.
• Available in cut-length packets of 100 and 1,000 strips and also in 100 metre roll form.
• Multiplan also manufactures a wide variety of strip formats, including different punching patterns, lengths and distance between holes to suit other filing systems.

Index Dividers

• Designed to project both forward and upward to enable quick identification of subject groupings. Supplied in packs of 10.
